  • Customers can raise returns within 48 hours of delivery
  • Shop must approve or reject return within 12 hours
  • BYCLIQ logistics handles pickup from customer
  • Refund processed after item inspection at shop

🚚 Delivery Terms

  • Orders must be packed within 2 hours of acceptance
  • BYCLIQ delivery partners handle all last-mile delivery
  • Same-day delivery available within 10 km radius
  • Shop is not responsible for delivery delays by partners

💸 Commission Structure

  • Platform fee: 15% per successful order
  • Delivery commission: 8% (goes to delivery partner)
  • Your payout: 77% of each order value
  • No listing fee, no monthly subscription — pay only when you earn
